Frequently asked questions
Does it listen to everything?
No. It only detects "Hola Tero", inside the camera. Only after hearing it does it record a few seconds to answer or alert.
Who can see my parent’s camera?
Only the people you authorize. Privacy mode also turns the camera to face the wall when it is not needed.
Does it need internet all the time?
No. It records to the microSD and queues events. When the connection is back it uploads what is pending.
What happens after a power cut?
It boots by itself with the same settings and reports that it restarted.
Does it work across several shops?
Yes. The dashboard shows every camera in every location, with status, events and visitors for each.
Can I integrate it with my system?
Yes. It speaks MQTT, streams over RTMP or WebRTC and notifies through webhooks. It works with Home Assistant, Node-RED or your own software.
